The bond angle between two OH=104deg20min
The resulatant dipole moment is avector quantity
H2o is a molecule having two OH bond in a molecule.Thus the resultant dipole moment is sqrt (u1^2 +u2^2+2u1u2cos104^020)
sqrt(3.31)
=1.82D
Thus the dipole moment of water is 1.8D

                                         =2*1.5*0.6123 
                                          =1.85
