Dear student,
- BF3 will have sp2 hybridization as there are 3 bonds of B and F
-Ncl3 will have Sp3 hybridization as there is one lone pair and 3 bonds of N and cl so total steric no. Is 4 hence sp3 hybridization.
-H2s will have sp3 hybridization as there is two lone pair on central atom s and two bonds of H and S. Steric no. Is 4 hence sp3 hybridization.
- Becl2 will have sp hybridisation as there is 2 bond of Be and Cl so steric no. Is 2 hence sp2 .
So correct option is (d)
thank you
