See when you first heat the compound the OH group will be reduced and with one hydrogen mnolecule it will be hydreated as water molecule so OH group has gone
Now coming to the second part of the question that is clemmenson reduction zinc amalgam with conc HCl will reduce the carbonyl group both on the side chain and on the cyclohexane compound converting them into alkane So both the carbonyl compounds will be reduced So finally cyclohexane will be formed as a product
