Dear student
Answer is C.
Atomic radius of the inert gases is highest in a period.
Atomic radii of inert gases is determined by vanderwaal radius because inert gases do not form covalent and ionic bonds.
Outermost shell is fully filled that causes electronic repulsion and hence more atomic radii.
Reason is false...
Zeff increases along the period.
Therefore inert gases do not have minimum Zeff.
