oxidation no of SO4 is (-2)
oxidation no of NH4 is (+1)
water is eletrically neutal so 0
FeSO4.(NH4)2.6H2O is not charged so sum(of oxidation no.) shud be equal to 0.
x+(-2)+2(1)+6(0) equals 0   (repectively)
so xequals 0.so oxidation no. of Fe equals 0.

SO4 has -2 oxd. State
NH4 has +1 oxd. State
H2O has 0 oxd. State
So,
x + (-2) + (+1)2 + (-2) + (0)6 =0
x = +2
