Ozone acts as a bleaching agent because ozone molecule is unstable and it dissociates into oxygen and nascent oxygen.This nascent oxygen acts as a bleaching agent.

 Due to the oxidizing action of ozone, it acts as a mild bleaching agent as well as a sterilizing agent. It acts as a bleaching agent for vegetable coloring matter.
 
     Vegetable colouring matter + O3 —> Oxidised coloured matter + O2
                                                                              (Colourless)
 
For example, ozone bleaches indigo, ivory, litmus, delicate fabrics etc.
so2 is used to remove the excess of chlorine , so, its used as an antichlor ,
