More liquefiable the gases are readily adsorbed . Since more liquefiable gases have higher critical temperature. Critical temp of helium (5.2 K ) is less than that of Neon (44.2K) . Therefore , we conclude that Ne gets adsorbed on the surface of charcoal more readily than He.

More liquefiable gas have high critical temprature
And Neon has 44.2K and He has 5.2K. Hence Neon is more soluble than He
