n2o3 have preferred structure have the following property
1- they have 8 lone pairs
2-the double bond oxygen on both side has total of 4 lone pairs
3- one nitrogen has one lone pairs
4- the single bonded oxygen have 3 lone pairs
as a total of 8 lone pairs ,
this is correct acc to the lewis dot structure .
