Hi,
there is an formula to solve this question:-
Kf=R*Ma* (T0f)2/1000*∆Hfus
Ma= mass of solvent(here water)
T0f= melting point temperature (here 273K)
∆Hfus= enthalpy of fusion 
just plug in these values and you will get 
Kf= 1.858 K.kg/mol
