The maximum percentage of oleum sample is 119
But if you purchase in medical shops it is given that it is 118 or sometimes 109 but it depends upon the concentration and it is not the maximum percentage because nobody will manufacture 119 percent oleum because it is highly acidic therefore the maximum percentage of oleum should be 119 and not more than that because of its acidic nature
