technically yes , but there are a minor diffrence as they have one up and one down spins . 
in the absence of magnetic field the two will be completely indistinguishable , also they share three quantum number and quantum no do have some thing related to the enrgy . 
so, as of convention we are taking that they two have same enrgy .
