Is oxygen can form two double bonds. If yes then Why and how.

Yes oxygen can form two double bonds.
Example is CO2 .

Oh sorry....I answered it wrong.
As Oxygen forms only one double bond with carbon.
 
I don't think that there is any compound with oxygen and two double bond with it.
 
I am not sure
