no my dear friend if you really want to have good command then you should read OPtandon inorganic chemistry along with NCERT.you can also try reading JDLEE but at the last.but optandon+NCERT more than enogh
read and revise both the books as many times as possible plus you should try to solve as many objective question as possible.
remember the greatest advantag of inorganic chemistry is that you could score maximum inless time that will be an added advantage
