Answer is SO2
i will give the calculations below
for SO3
Oxidation number is +6
So, S^+6 = 10
So number of electrons is 2,8
So its  not possible
So next for SO2
in which the oxidation number is +4
So S^+4 = 12
so outermost electrons is 2,8,2
Next for P2O5 
Oxidation number = 2x-5 = 0
                                     x=5
So P^+ = 10
 so outermost electrons is 2,8
So 
So2 is the only compound having outermost electrons more than 8
