In this reaction , 
MnO4 –  is Reduced and H+ is oxidised to H2O
MnO4- is reduced and SO4 2- is oxidised to SO4 2- 
So, B and C would be correct ans

Mn7+ convert into Mn2+ hence Mn is reduced while S4+ is converted into S6+ hence it is oxidised.
