Remember this sequence in order to fill the orbitals in hetreomolecules.
From Molecular Orbital theory it inviles Bonding and Anti Bonding orbitals both.
For total no. of elecrons less than 14 in molecule,
Fill First 
sigma1s then sigma*1s then sigma 2s then sigma*2s then pi2px = pi2py less than sigma 2pz.
  • here repersents the Anitibonding Molecular orbitals.
