average mass=( mass1*RA1 +mass2*RA2)/100
where RA=relative abundance in %
let RA of an isotope with mass 70 be x, then RA of an isotope with mass 74= 100-x
thus,
71={70*x +74*(100-x)}/100
solve for x and you will get your answer
