It is a yellow colour compound with the formula C34H24N4O12. 2HO. 
Nitric acid reacts with proteins to form yellow nitrated products.x, thats called as Xanthroprotic acid . 
and acc to the modern periodic law , the properties of an element are the periodic function of their atomic number , due to that reason , the elements are arrenged in the increasing no of the atomic number .
