You can remainder boron family like this :- BAlGaInTi(lak)
And nitrogen family like this:- N(hi) P(asand) As(shwarya) Sb(ko) Bi(pasha)
And oxygen family like:- O S(aniya) Se(xy) Te(ri) Po(se)

Boron family : B A G I T
Nitrogen family :New  Popes Assign subtle bishops 
Oxygen family : Oscar Smith Sells Tea Pots
Noble gases : Has No one arrived at krypton xenon Road
