How is the hybridisation of an atom affected when it forms a backbond or coordinate bond? Is the geometry also affected? Please explain the case of coordinate bond between NH3 and BF3

There is nothing new in coordinate bond.
Treat it as it is a sigma bond and write the geomtery.
Like in NH3 the hybridization is: sp3 with one lone pair.
