in wave nature , the light will gng to travel in the form of wave and in the case of particle nature its travelled in the form of a particle .
and to measure the atomic radius we need to inject these photons so, that they will have to illuminate the electrons present in it .
only then u can measure the radius if u can illuminate the electron . and in wave nature the wavelength will be much larger , so, that when scientist fall the radiation into an atom to make the electron visible , in that case it doesnot fallon them beacuse of small size , so, it creates hindrance .
but in particle nature , its able to illuminate the electrons as the light are coming in the form of photons .
