both of them are noble gas , and all noble gas have possitive value of electron gain enthalpy ,
it is beacuse heat is to be supplied and its an endothermic reaction ,
the heat released during the gain of electron is called as electron gain enthalpy , and noble gas have stable electronic config .
so, rarely , they gained electron ,
