what is the difference between reducing power and reducing property?

reducing property means the tendency of an element to lose electron more readily to form possitive ions , so, they become stronger reducing agent by that . 
and on the other hand , the capability of the compounds such as NADH AND NADPH to donate hydrogen and electrons are called as reducing power of that compound .
