the ionic charecter depends upon electronegativity of the atom involved the higher is the diffrence of electronegativity , the smaller will be the ionic charecter
electronegativity decrease down the group , hence the ionic charecter will increase as ,

lih is higest , nah is in the middle and csh is the last
