helium and argon are having 0 electronegetivities but xeneondont have 0 electronegativity why does krypton also dont have 0 electronegtivity

Actually they are inert so they should have zero EN but they are exceptional . Xenon reacts with some extremely EN ive elements such as F and O to form molecules.Here Xe reacts as a electron donor hence they have EN values.Also Pauling equation might help u.Hope it helps
