Generally enthalpies of atomization increases from left to right till the middle of transition series & then decreases. However in 3d & 4d series Mn and Tc show abnormally low value. Why?

Due to lanthanide contraction such abnormalities can  be seen.
This contraction leads to the updown and imbalance in 3d and 4d orbital series for d-block elements.
Therefore, the Enthalpies of atomization increases from left to right till the middle of transition series & then decreases. However in 3d & 4d series Mn and Tc show abnormally low value.
