For the same central atom and different surrounded atoms bond angle increases as electro negativity of surrounded atoms decreases .but in case of h2o and cl2o the bond angle of cl2o is more than bond angle of h2o why(plz let me get out of this query)

Dear student 
In Cl2O, the lone pair of chlorine repel each other, therefore bond angle increases.
But this does not happens in case of H2O.
