FeCl3 is soluble in ether completely and in alcohol partially. But AlCl3 is soluble in alcohol or ether.explain why?

The simple answer could be for both the ether and the alcohols is:
That duee to the difference in their boiling points 
And hence the alcohol has higher nboiling poitn than the ther itself as it has -OH group which is sufficient.
