drugs target which macromolecules?
also there are 2 -NH2 groups in semicarbazide.however only,one is involved in the formation of semicarbazones.why???

this is because one of the nitrogen is involved in resonance with carbon and hence electron density on that carbon atom decrease so only one nitrogen atom can take part in resonance
