Does CF3+ have back bonding present in it.. ..they are from same period, so they will have 2p-2p orbital nd carbon also havean empty orbital...If yes, then what effect will it produce on hybridisation of C and also what effect on Bond Angle

hey student..
yes there will be some back bonding in the cf3+, and it will be 2p-2p back bonding..now due to the back bonding also, there wont be any change in the hybridization or the bond angle..earlier also the hyb is sp2 and even after back bonding the hyb and the angle is same
