STP is termed as standard temperature and pressure : It is defined as air at 00C and 10pascals (1 bar)
It is commonly defined for standard condition for temperature and pressure which is important for the measurement and documentation of chemical and physical process.
 
NTP is termed as Normal temperature and pressure : It is defined as air at 20C and 1 atm 
It is defined as standard condition for testing and documentation of fan capacities.
