there is an easy way to identify the hybridisation of central atom in a molecule.
no.of hybridised cells=1/2(V+X+A-C)
where
V =no.of valence electrons
X=no.of monovalent atoms
A=charge of anions
C=charge of cations
the no. you get can be corelated to hybridisation as
2-sp, 3-sp2, 4-sp3,5-sp3d etc.
