The correct order of diploe moment for the above molecules will be---
HF > H2O > H2S
The reason for the above trend is as follows--
HF,H2O and H2S all are covalent compounds i.e they all have covalent bonds with polarity.Now dipole moment for such covalent molecules with polarity is given as--
= q * r
which is the product of magnitude of charge present on either of the two atoms and the distance by which the two atoms are separated in the molecule.It thus depends on electronegativity of various atoms.Now the order of electronegativity among F,O and S is--
F >O >S
Thus the order of dipole moment will be- HF > H2O >H2S
