Carbon dioxide(CO2) and carbonic acid(H2CO3) ,both are inorganic compounds.Organic compounds are those compounds which have carbon bonded to other carbon atoms and with hydogen atoms. But in case of CO2, carbon is bonded to oxygen atoms and not with other carbon or hydrogen atoms. So with the carbonic acid which is an inorganic acid.In this acid also, carbon is bonded to oxygen atoms and not with other carbon or hydrogen atoms. Thus both compounds are inorganic in nature.
