NO , lithium cannot form that its beacuse of its small size , lithium is not able to stabilise large anion such as peroxide and superoxide ion . HOPE IT CLEARS

as lithium has a small size, it has astrong positive field around it which attracts the more electronegative oxygen atom so strongly that it prevents the oxide to combine with another oxygen atom to form peroxide and superoxides further.
