Can i get crystal field diagram of PCl5. do non- metals follow cft?

Generally the CFT woks on the assumption that the metal  works as a point charge and it does not account for the outer orbitals of the incoming ions.So its validity is not satisfying for bigger atoms like phosphorus.So yes we can assume it does not work well in case of non metals.
