can u able to recall the formula like the below 
n(wavelength)=circumferenc of orbit. 
this is the formula for calculating the energy of a electron if the electron is in a orbit . 
so,by modifying the formula 
n(lambda)=2pi(radius of orbit)
here n = 4
radius is 0.0529x(16/2)Angstroms. 
put the value and get the answer .
