Cesium Fluoride is more ionic than MgO because of Cesium is more electropositive than magnesium and Fluoride is more electronegative than oxygen. So Cesium Fluoride is more ionic than MgO.

Favourable conditions for formation of ionic compound is ----1. Less I.E. of cation
                              2.More Electron affinity of anion
                               3. Large size of cation and small size of anion

Here in CaF all conditions to form a strong ionic bond are present so it is more ionic then MgO

Easily we can say that,
Difference between electronegativities of Cs and F are highest and therefore no compound can be more ionic than CsF.
I hope it helps you!
