Ratio by volume a:b:c = 2:5:2
 
Ratio of number of molecules in a, b, c = 2:5:2 = 1:5/2:1
 
Thus 1 molecule of C contains 1 molecule of A and 5/2 molecule of B.
 
Hence formula of C = A2B5
