Well, of those three, nitric acid has the highest pKa value (the log of the acid dissociation constant value Ka relative to the hydronium ion H3O+), followed by sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid

  • HNO3: -1.64
  • H2SO4: -3.0 (first dissociation only i.e to H3O+ and HSO4-)
  • HCl: -6.3

So HCl is the strongest of the three, followed by sulphuric and nitric acids. All three do though completely dissociate in water, so act as strong acids in that medium.
