although the boiling point of Zn is 907 degree then why the carbon reduction of ZnO is performed at 1300 degree?

Because the boiling point of ZnO is more than 13oo degree celsius which is approx. 2360 degree C.
On Carbon reduction it reduces to near 2,360 Ç.
