The ratio of K : Cl : O is 39 :36 :48
If O is 6.4g , the ratio will be now converted to 5.2: 4.8 : 6.4
Hence , the sum will be 16.4 g
But as KClO3 is only 70% pure , the required amount is 16.4/.7 = 23.42g of    KClO3.
