While writing a name of a compound we always name the cation first and anion later. Thus when we write the structural formula we follow the same pattern. ( IUPAC rule ). Moreover the l of Cl is small.

dear Ramji Dhanvath,

generally we write any chemical equation first cation and then next we write anion so in this pattern we write the HCL only.
