Li will be more reactive than Be as it has Lower IE and also since Be has completely filled S orbital, it will not be as reactive as Li. Hence Li > Be (in terms of reactivity)

lithium is more reactive since it doen''t have half fille electronic configuration like berylium i think berylium has most ionization enthalpy since it has half filled electronic configuration u may ask why not nitrogen even though it has half filled electronic cinfiguration but berylium has half fille delectronic configuration is 2s orbital while in nitrogen it is 2p the energy required to remova an electron from 2s is more that the energy required to remoove an electron from 2p so berylium has more ionization enthalpy
