NO+ WILL BE THE ANS AS IN CATION A ELEMENT HAVING MORE CHARGE WILL HAVE SMALLER BOND

NO+ is the ans since the bond order of NO+ is 3 its bond length will be minimum

Bond order is inversely prop to bond length

bond order of O2 is 2, NO is 2.5 & NO- is 2.
