Eachshellcancontain only a fixednumber of electrons: The 1st shellcan holdup to two...However, this is not a strict requirement: Atoms mayhavetwo or eventhreeincomplete outer shells.....The firstelementstohavemorethan32electronsin one shell would belong to the g-block ofperiod8 of theperiodic table.

In 9th period the orbitals are filled as 5g can be exist in future
5g (9)+6f (7)+7d (5)+8p (3)+9s (1)=25
Total no element 25×3=75
