Bhor model said the electron doesnt loses energy and falls in to the nucleus in some specific shells but why would they not lose energy .Is maxwell theory of electrodynamics not applicabe on them or is it bacause of their wave nature?

Bohr model is incorrect and belongs to the what is now jettisoned old quantum theory. In modern quantum mechanics, atoms are stable because of what is known as "zero-point-energy".
