I VERY MUCH WANTED TO ANSWER BOTH PROBLEMS TOGETHER, BUT I FORGOT TO ANSWER THE SECOND PROBLEM IN MY PEVIOUS POSTING. IT WAS NOT AT ALL MY INTENTION TO CHEAT.

Heat required=80*10+1*10*100+540*10=7200 calories
