The Arrangement of Electrons in Atoms and Molecules

covalency of s8 is 2 because:In every single atom, each e- moves in a certain region of the space surrounding the nucleus, corresponding to a precise energy level; this region is named ATOMIC ORBITAL and, in every orbital, a maximum of 2 e- is allowed.
