Dear Mehruna Bipasha,

The Bond Distance between Boron-Hydrogen is higher than the bond between Carbon-Hydrogen because Carbon has more Electronegativity than Boron & hence attracts the electron in hydrogen atom more effectively towards itself thus reducing the bond distance !!

Bond Distance

Boron-Hydrogen > Carbon-Hydrogen
